Dr. Hanno Kiesel has specialized in advising on Criminal Tax Law issues for 30 years. His clients include companies of all sizes and legal forms and their legal representatives as well as individuals. His spectrum ranges from classic preventive advice – Voluntary Disclosure, Tax Compliance – to defense in Criminal Tax Proceedings. His clients benefit from his in-depth tax knowledge, which he has acquired over many years of working for various tax consulting and auditing firms: Deloitte (1991 – 1995); Dr. Langenmayr Partner, Munich (1995-1999); EY GmbH (1999 – 2016).
At EY GmbH, Dr. Kiesel was responsible, among other things, for the development and expansion of the specialist area of Criminal Tax Law and its integration into the international network, from 2005 to the end of 2016 as a partner.
